WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
A Virtual Assistant is an administration professional that works for you external to your business! I am a sole trader, with an ABN, working from my home office.
Each client signs an agreement prior to services commencing, stating services and prices and includes a confidentiality clause which remains in place even after the work is completed.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
The majority of clients are billed at an hourly rate. The rate depends on the service provided.
Some clients are charged a set fee per month.
The great thing about a VA is that you don't have to pay superannuation, entitlements or PAYG!
HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TIME?
I use a time tracking software which has a timer I can allocate to each client.
Clients can request a report of time spent with their invoices.
I ONLY NEED A FEW HOURS ASSISTANCE HERE AND THERE, DO YOU PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE?
I'm more than happy to cater to your needs - if it's only quickly proofreading a document one month or fixing up your CRM database for four hours the next month, I will do whatever you need me to.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
Communication is flexible - we will use whatever method is best for your business whether it's email, phone, video conference or snail-mail.
Some clients use apps such as Asana, Slack, Monday or Microsoft Teams.
